Refund Policy

This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Cevuno subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Effective date

This Refund Policy is effective September 9, 2026.

Payments and eligibility

Paddle processes Cevuno payments as the merchant of record. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase, whether the purchased service has been used, Paddle's processing requirements, and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Approval is not automatic and is assessed case by case.

How to request a refund

Email support@cevuno.com from the address associated with your Cevuno account. Include your full name, account email, Paddle transaction or receipt number, purchase date, product purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant evidence. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

Review and processing

Cevuno aims to review a complete request within five business days. We may ask for additional information needed to verify the account, transaction, or reported issue. If approved, the refund is submitted through Paddle to the original payment method. Paddle and the relevant financial institution determine when the funds appear; processing time can vary.

Subscriptions

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation does not reverse a charge already completed, and access and included benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period. You can manage cancellation through the billing portal available from your Cevuno account.

Image Credits and Custom Model Trainings

One-time Image Credit packs and Custom Model Training purchases may be eligible for review while the purchased resources remain unused. Resources already spent on Create, Edit, or a submitted Custom Model training are generally not refundable because processing capacity and services have already been provided. This does not limit remedies for a proven technical failure or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Duplicate, unauthorized, or failed purchases

Contact support promptly if you believe you were charged more than once, a purchase was unauthorized, or a verified technical failure prevented delivery of the purchased service. We will investigate the account and Paddle transaction records. We may refund a confirmed duplicate charge, qualifying unauthorized purchase, or service that could not be delivered, subject to verification and applicable law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory law provides a cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other remedy, that law takes priority. Refund decisions otherwise depend on the facts of the request, usage of the service, and the consumer's applicable legal rights.
