What is Cevuno?
Cevuno is a creative image platform for generating images, using curated Styles, and training private Custom Models.
How do Image Credits work?
Image Credits are used for image generation. Your available balance is the sum of grants and generation usage recorded for your account.
What is Image Edit?
Image Edit lets you choose an owned Library image or upload a source and describe only what you want to change.
How many credits does an edit use?
One successful Image Edit uses one Image Credit. A failed edit is refunded automatically.
Can I edit a Library image?
Yes. Choose one of your own Library images from the Edit workspace.
Does editing replace the original?
No. The edited result is stored separately and the original remains untouched.
Can I edit an edited image again?
Yes. Use the result as the source for your next instruction.
How can I get better edits?
Ask for one clear visual change and identify the object, clothing, color, or environment you want changed.
How do I preserve the person while changing clothing?
Describe only the clothing change. Cevuno attempts to preserve identity, pose, framing, lighting, and unrelated details, though exact preservation is not guaranteed.
What makes a good Custom Model training photo?
Use clear photos of the same subject with varied useful angles and framing, natural lighting variation, and minimal occlusion. Avoid many nearly identical images.
What is a Custom Model Training?
A training is a separate resource used when you submit an eligible Custom Model dataset. It does not use Image Credits.
Do unused credits expire?
Resources included with a paid plan follow its billing periods. One-time purchases add resources without changing your subscription. Check your Account page for your current available balance.
How many Custom Models can I create?
Your plan sets the number of Custom Model slots available. Account shows your current usage and limit.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Pricing offers one-time Image Credit packs and Custom Model Training packs. They do not change your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use Manage billing to open the secure Paddle customer portal. Any scheduled change remains visible in Cevuno.
What happens to my existing images if I cancel?
Your existing Library assets remain associated with your account. Plan entitlements determine what you can create going forward.
Can I use an existing Custom Model after cancellation?
Custom Model availability depends on your active plan entitlements and the model's status.
How are payments handled?
Paddle securely handles checkout, taxes, payment details, and billing management. Cevuno applies access only after verified payment confirmation.
