How do reserved hours work?+
Your plan reserves a monthly allocation of production time, billed in advance. We estimate and approve each scope before production, then track the actual time used. Rollover terms are confirmed in your partnership agreement before you commit.
What counts as production time?+
Design, development, creative production, project-specific preparation, and revisions use your allocation. There are no unlimited requests or revisions. We agree on the scope and expected hours together.
What if we need more time?+
Additional hours are $60 USD per hour, subject to your prior approval and studio availability. Larger or one-off projects can be quoted separately.
How quickly will work be delivered?+
Production hours measure effort, not calendar delivery time. Scheduling depends on complexity, feedback, assets, and current capacity. We agree on a realistic timeline for each scope.
Can we change or end our partnership?+
Plan availability, changes, notice periods, and cancellation terms are agreed in your written partnership agreement before you commit. There is no checkout or automatic subscription on this website.
Can you work from our Figma files or Design System?+
Yes. We can work from your existing designs, components, tokens, documentation, and brand standards.
Can we hire CEVUNO only for development?+
Yes. Choose design-only, development-only, or combined production support, depending on what your internal team already covers.
Will our clients know about CEVUNO?+
The service is designed for confidential white-label collaboration. We work through your agency unless we agree on another arrangement together.
