Service providers and international processing
When enabled, enquiries are sent through Resend to the studio’s configured inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam and may process device or connection information. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs and data in other countries. The deployed providers, locations, and applicable transfer safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
This V1 does not include advertising cookies or analytics. Fonts are served locally. If enabled, the spam-protection provider may use technical browser signals required for verification. The deployed configuration must be reviewed before adding analytics, embeds, or other tracking tools.
Retention and your choices
A documented retention period must be established before launch. Enquiries should be kept only as needed for the purpose of the conversation and any applicable legal obligations. A verified contact channel and process for access, correction, deletion, and other applicable privacy requests must be published before launch.

Use the contact page for general enquiries once it is enabled. The legal entity, privacy contact, effective date, and final policy version must be inserted after legal review.
