Interiors / Concept study 04
Less noise. More room to live.

01 / The intention
An interior study in subtraction. A few carefully placed elements give an existing apartment a new rhythm, making more room for light, movement, and everyday rituals.
A freestanding oak element separates the kitchen from the living space without closing either off. Built-in storage keeps the perimeter quiet, while a deep window seat turns a view into a place to stay. The design explores atmosphere through proportion rather than decoration.
Concept numbers — Forma is a fictional practice; this study is unbuilt by design.
The light does the decorating here. I could not have said it more quietly or better.
I keep returning to how little is doing all the work in this composition.
It reads like a place you could actually live in — for a concept, that is the highest praise.
